“The most exquisite expression of our terroir combined with the winemaking expertise of the Maison” Jean-Christophe Gremillet, Cellar Master
Although less well-known among wine enthusiasts than its cousin, the Blanc de Blancs, this wine will surprise you and , most importantly, it wonderfully embodies the Cote des Bars terroir from where Gremillet champagnes originate. 100% Pinot Noir. A blend of four to five vintages with 20% reserve wine. This champagne is composed of only the ‘cuvee’ (first press).
Elegant pale golden colour with hints of amber, bright and luminous. A creamy mousse rim with fine bubbles. A delightful nose of quince and fine, spicy, almost peppery notes. A rich, full-bodied and voluptuous palate, quite satisfying and thirst quenching.
